Searched English and Welsh death indexes from 1947 to 1964.
There are only 2 or 3 entries under Clelland/Cleland each quarter of the year. None occurred in Wales.
Noted the following:  1963 June Quarter Janet Clelland aged 83 Carlisle entry 14.66
This entry means that the death occurred in April, May or June in 1963.  It presumes that Janet may have moved from Wales.

Searched death index of Scotland No trace. Peter was still alive in 1919 and 1921 when he was informant of the death of both his parents, James Clelland and Margaret Meikle (See below).  Peter Clelland and Janet Irvine were still alive in 1933, when their daughter, Margaret Meikle Clelland, married John Paterson Hamilton.
