Jack Jackson was from Ireland and entered the work in 1901

He labored in North America for a number of years.
Then along with Glenn Smith [Nebraska], Herbert Vitzthum
[Minnesota] and [Maurice Hawkins from Maryland],
he arrived in Buenos Aires on Dec. 19, 1919,
after 28 days at sea from New York.

They were the first workers to go to South America
