William "Willie" & Mildred "Minnie" Olive (nee Spillett) McIlwrath were a married worker couple.

Willie (unmarried) age 23, from Co. Down Ireland came to Canada in Dec. 1905 with seven other young brother workers.

He entered the work in 1905 (shown on the 1905 Workers list)

He married Millie Spillett and they became a Canadian married worker couple. Had at least one son.
They are shown married on Canadian workers list as early as 1922-23.

Minnie Kleven and Joe Kleven were also a married worker couple.
