Fred Alder and Wilson Reid 1931.
Wilson Reid was born in 1881 and grew up at Carnteel, Co. Tyrone, Ireland.
He was in the first group of 8 workers who went in 1905 to South Africa to pioneer that country.
He was overseer of both Ireland and Africa simultaneously for some years, moving between the two places

Fred Alde, at age 19, was among the second group of eight UK pioneering workers who departed from London in 1906, aboard the SS Wakool and arrived in Cape Town, South Africa.
